Booking and Payments

  • Advance Payment: All reservations must be secured with a 100% advance payment through our website or other booking platforms. We do not accept direct payments at the hotel.
  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is not confi rmed until the hotel receives the advance payment and issues a confi rmation voucher to the client. Clients must inform the hotel after making the transfer, and wait for this confirmation.

 

Guest Identifi cation and Check-In

  • Valid ID Required: All guests, including children, must present a valid government-issued ID card at the time of check-in. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who fails to provide necessary ID documentation.
  • No Outside Guests: To ensure the privacy and security of our in-house guests, entry is restricted to booked guests only. Visitors without reservations are not permitted.

 

Room Reservation

  • Room Holding: Holding a room does not guarantee a reservation. Payment must be received within 5 days of the room hold notifi cation or by one day before the check-in date, whichever is earlier. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to release the room without prior notifi cation.

 

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking: Smoking tobacco cigarettes is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Substance Use: The consumption of banned substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to immediate expulsion from the property without a refund. The incident will also be reported to the authorities.
  • Fireworks and Colors: The use of fi recrackers or colors is strictly forbidden on the premises. A fi ne will be imposed on any guest found violating this policy.
  • Sheesha/Hookah: The use of Sheesha or Hookah is strictly prohibited throughout the property. A fi ne of INR 10,000 will be levied if a guest is found in possession or use of such items.

 

Pets

  • No Pets Allowed: Pets are not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Guest: Guests can cancel their booking up to 10 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made 5 days prior will receive a 50% refund, and those made 3 days prior will receive a 25% refund.
  • Cancellation by Hotel: In the rare event that a cancellation is initiated by the hotel, guests will receive a 110% refund.
