Cancellation Policy

General Policy At Elysian Fields, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to be as accommodating as possible by off ering a fl exible cancellation policy. The following conditions apply:

Cancellation Terms

  1. Free Cancellation Deadline: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    ● 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 9 to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    ● 25% Refund: Cancellations made within 4 to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
  3. Late Cancellation: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
  4. No-Show: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without notifying the hotel will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

 

Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, where events beyond the guests’ or hotel’s control (natural disasters, governmental orders, pandemics, etc.) prevent the stay, special accommodations will be considered to waive cancellation fees and potentially off er booking credits for future stays.

 

Cancellation by Hotel

  • If, for any reason, the hotel must cancel a booked reservation, guests will be notifi ed as soon as possible and will receive a 110% refund of the total amount paid, as compensation for the inconvenience.

 

Procedure for Cancellation

  • To cancel your reservation, please contact our booking offi ce directly via telephone or email. You will receive a confi rmation of cancellation along with details regarding the refund process, depending on when the cancellation was made relative to your stay.

 

We recommend that guests consider travel insurance to cover cancellations that occur due to unexpected personal circumstances. This policy is intended to provide clarity and comfort for our guests, ensuring that they can book with confi dence knowing that there are options available should their plans change.
